Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are shipped worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We send vouchers exclusively by email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to vouchers.
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €3.99 per order for shipping.
For orders over €89.00, we deliver free of charge.
International deliveries:
We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:
Europe: €8.99
USA: €15.99
Worldwide incl. Switzerland, UK & Liechtenstein: €12.99
Free shipping for orders over €125.00
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods takes place within 1-3 working days, and international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
