The Lion of San Marco UNCUT (DVD)

Venice in 1620: pirate gangs keep attacking the lagoon city. The mercenaries called up for protection are too weak to protect the citizens and nobles. Only Manrico, the son of the Doge, stands up to the pirates under the mask of the "Lion of St. Mark". This makes him a folk hero. But when he meets the beautiful pirate's daughter Rosanna, he has to choose between his love for her and his loyalty to Venice.
